This programme contributes to graduates obtaining their Maritime New Zealand licence: Skipper Coastal Offshore. This programme will give you the skills you need to take charge of, and maintain, the safety of vessels of less than 24 metres length, operating within coastal and offshore limits. You may also be eligible for this programme if you hold an MNZ Inshore Launchmaster license or a Local Launch Operator license.<br><br>This Maritime Operations - Skipper Coastal Offshore programme will give you the qualification you need to apply for the Maritime New Zealand licence: Skipper Coastal Offshore. It also includes all the short courses you require to gain your licences, such as fire, survival, first aid and radio certificates.
