Applicants will be required to upload a copy of transcripts received from each college or university attended where credit was earned toward an undergraduate, graduate or professional degree. Transcripts for study abroad or transfer programs are not required if the course titles, grades, and credit hours are included on the transcript of the degree-granting institution. If the transcript is in a language other than English, please provide an official translation. If you are offered admission, you will be required to request that official hard copy transcripts from all of your degree granting institutions be sent directly to Tufts.

Assistive Technology (AT) devices and services promote active participation and quality of life for people with diverse abilities in a variety of domains, including self-care, communication, sports, recreation, social, work, school, and leisure.<br><br>The Department of Occupational Therapy's certificate program in Assistive Technology, is designed for working professionals and graduate students in occupational therapy and/or a related field who are looking to gain more experience and foundational knowledge in the area of assistive tech.<br><br>Program Outcomes<br>Throughout this four-course certificate program, you will gain valuable experience and professional knowledge in the field of assistive technology. You will learn from, and work collaboratively with, people with disabilities in state-of-the-art makerspaces at Tufts and in the community.<br><br>As a graduate of the certificate program, you will be able to directly apply your learning and experience to your work in occupational therapy or fields such as rehabilitation, engineering, computer science, education, and child development.
