国际学生入学条件
Graduates of recognized universities may apply for admission. In general, admission to graduate study is granted only to those students who have good academic records and who are adequately prepared to undertake graduate work in their field of specialization. In particular, an applicant for admission to a graduate program leading to the degree of Doctor of Philosophy must have either a Master's degree or, in exceptional cases, a four-year Bachelor's degree, or the equivalent, with a minimum average of 77% (or equivalent).
