The Software & Information Management concentration is a second year option of the Business Administration diploma program.Technology, information and management are exciting fields covered in this concentration. You develop skills in project management and advanced software applications. You are also introduced to managing content in an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) environment. You learn to apply managerial skills to coordinate business activities, manage the records life-cycle and access of information in a business environment, support decision-making processes using technical skills and develop creative problem-solving methods to support effective business decisions. You also focus on the protection, processing and use of data.
