本专业是为探索工程学院内专业的学生提供的学术之家，也是对工程学院（COE）产品感兴趣的学生的临时之家。COE提供7个不同部门内的10个不同学位课程。未申报的工程专业将选修多个课程的通用班级，同时由他们决定自己想要攻读的工程课程。还提供工程课程介绍，以帮助学生做出这一决定。在第一年，学生与他们的顾问一起工作，并利用资源来探索兴趣，价值和优势。学生必须在完成60个学分时之前申报并被录取为工程学学位课程。
This major is the academic home for students who are exploring majors that are housed within the College of Engineering.This major is also the temporary home for students who are interested in the offerings of the College of Engineering (COE). The COE offers 10 different degree program housed within 7 different departments.Undeclared Engineering majors will take common classes that count towards multiple programs while they decide which engineering program they would like to pursue. Introduction to engineering courses are also available to help students make this decision. Students work with their advisor and use resources to explore interests, values, and strengths in the first year. Students must declare and be admitted to an engineering degree program before completing 60 credit hours.
