This program was developed to give students a broad overview of the engineering field. Students take general education courses as well as pre-engineering courses to give them the required knowledge and skills necessary to gain entrance to an engineering college. Pre-Engineering is designed for students who intend to transfer to an engineering college to earn a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. The program is based on courses that are fundamental to all engineering disciplines.
