The process of building any large structure is complex and the most successful projects rely heavily on a cross-disciplinary, team-oriented approach.<br><br>In recognition of the need for individuals with a wide-ranging set of professional skills, Lawrence Technological University offers a dual-degree program leading to both a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Graduates with these degrees enjoy careers in both civil engineering and architecture and will be highly regarded by employers in both fields for the breadth of their knowledge and practical training in both areas. Students completing this dual degree program will have satisfied the educational requirements for licensing in both disciplines.<br><br>As the content of the BS Civil Engineering program overlaps considerably with the M. Arch program, the dual degree may be earned with only 46 credits in addition to the total architecture curriculum.
