TOEFL iBT - All sub-scores must be greater or equal 18. TOEFL Essentials - All subscores must be greater or equal to 8. IELTS - All sub-scores must be greater or equal to 6.0.

The basic program of study contains a minimum of 30 semester hours of graduate-level course work, all taught via IITS, and is designed to attract engineers from ALDOT to pursue a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering. <br>The Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE) offers students the opportunity to pursue a variety of programs under a common departmental structure. The Department has evolved over time to reflect the growth in technical knowledge and its application to problems of social concern. The Department offers four areas of concentration or stems: Structural Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Transportation Engineering, General Civil Engineering.
