Graduate Record Examination (GRE) Test Scores Optional for Spring and fall 2025 applications
International applicants are required to submit a TOEFL, IELTS, or Duolingo score. We require scores from one of these tests only.
Please use institution code 2823 when requesting ETS (Educational Testing Services) to send your scores electronically to Syracuse University.
If you have completed a four-year degree (or higher) from a US-based institution of higher education, or from'selectcountriesthat are exempt from providing English language exam scores, it is possible to waive the TOEFL/IELTS/Duolingo score requirement.
