Software continues to get more powerful and something no one can do without. With a degree in software engineering, you can design and develop many types of software, including computer games, business applications, operating systems, network control systems, and middleware. You'll become an expert in the theory of computing systems, the structure of software, and the nature and limitations of hardware to ensure that the underlying systems will work properly for those who depend on them.<br>Software Engineering is more than just programming. Programming happens in the development stage of the software product lifecycle. In our Software Engineering curriculum you will learn how to define software requirements, develop software, test its implementation to improve quality, integrate each part of the software system, maintain the software system after its release, and plan and schedule all these activities.
