The Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) professional will affect everyday lives of most of the world's population. These graduates are responsible for the design and development of radio and television transmitters and receivers, telephone networks and switching systems, Computer systems and electric power generation and distribution. Within the broad scope of these systems, the electrical engineer is concerned with a challenging and diverse array of design and development problems. During their careers, Electrical Engineering graduates will: become successful practicing engineers or pursue another career that makes use of engineering principles and professional skills, become contributing members of multidisciplinary teams and successfully apply the fundamentals of their educational background and pursue professional development, including continuing or advanced education, relevant to their career path.
