In order to be eligible for a combined pathway leading to a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering or Bachelor of Science in computer engineering and Master of Science in electrical engineering or Master of Science in computer engineering, you must be enrolled as an undergraduate student in FIU's Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering.<br><br>The combined degree pathway allows students to receive a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or computer engineering and a master's degree in electrical engineering or computer engineering in 5 years. This provides students with an opportunity to broaden their studies more quickly and efficiently and gives them a competitive edge when applying for the workforce by having not only a bachelor's degree, but a master's degree under their belt.
