Three letters of recommendation (required only if applying for a graduate assistantship)
MA and MPA require a 2.8 overall undergraduate or a 3.05 in the last 60 units
A minimum score of 79 on the internet-based TOEFL.
A minimum score of 6.5 on the International English Language Testing System (IELTS)
Hold a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university or have met the requirements for the baccalaureate degree which will be awarded prior to the beginning of graduate study
