A standard resume listing your academic qualifications and relevant work experience is required. You may submit a more detailed curriculum vitae if you wish. IELTS - 7.5. TOEFL IBT - 96. TOEFL PBT - 600. The personal statement should be typed, double-spaced in 12-point font, and should not exceed three pages in length. When completing your online application through LSAC, please follow the instructions to attach an electronic copy of your personal statement to your application. Applicants must arrange to have transcripts submitted to the LSAC LL.M. CAS Document Assembly Service from all graduate and undergraduate coursework evidencing their completion of a prior degree in law, such as an LL.B. or J.D. Applicants must arrange to have two (2) to four (4) letters of recommendation submitted to LSAC from knowledgeable persons who can tell the Graduate Studies Committee about the applicant's academic qualifications and career interests
The University requires that an applicant hold a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution, comparable in standard and content to a bachelor's degree from the University of California, with an overall scholastic average of B (3.0 on a 4.0 scale) or better – or its equivalent if the letter grade system is not used.

Through our renowned Ziffren Institute for Media, Entertainment, Technology and Sports Law, students gain a solid grounding in the customs, theories and policy issues that underly entertainment law practice. They study with the nation's foremost entertainment lawyers and enjoy a wealth of educational, mentorship and employment opportunities.<br><br>Entertainment law students can elect to complete a specialization in the program or to pursue select courses and experiential offerings. These include the innovative Documentary Film Legal Clinic, where rising documentarians and artists receive legal assistance that is vital to bringing their visions to the screen. The UCLA Entertainment Law Review tackles issues from new media law to sports law. And our flagship annual event, the UCLA Entertainment Symposium, brings together preeminent executives, agents, managers, producers and entertainment attorneys to discuss the major issues of the day.
