The MLS track in litigation is designed for those who assist attorneys prepare for and litigate matters, such as paralegals, as well as those who are provide services relating to litigation such as e-discovery services. The track begins with students enrolling in Civil Procedure and Evidence. The track continues with courses suited to the student's career goals with courses such as Criminal Procedure, Trial Advocacy, Legal Writing & Litigation, and Pretrial Practice. Students are also able to concentrate in certain subject matters within litigation practice by taking such as courses in Class Actions and Business Bankruptcy.
